Is Staffly compliant with Malaysian law?

Yes. Payroll calculates EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB to current rates, and you can export the statutory files for KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN (CP39).

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. Staffly is designed to be as simple as a consumer app. If you can use a phone, you can run payroll.

Can employees use their own phones?

Yes. Staff clock in with a selfie and GPS, apply for leave, submit claims and view payslips from the Staffly app on iOS and Android.

When can I start?

How much does it cost?

There's a free plan with real payroll for up to 3 staff. Paid plans are flat — RM99, RM249 or RM499 a month by team size.
